JOIN US FOR OUR ANNUAL OPEN BARN ON JUNE 10, 2023 FROM 10-3.
Meet the animals that call us home. Give the pigs a belly rub, feed the alpacas, give Quincy some love, hug a donkey, and snuggle Tatie - our sweet miracle goat. Stop by the raffle table and enter to win some great prizes and this year I'm excited to announce we'll have merchandise available to purchase. Additionally, this year we ask kindly that you bring a canned item to donate to El Dorado County Food Bank. In previous years we've filled our truck with donations! Thank you!! For the kiddos we have our version of pony rides "ride a rescue horse" only $10 ( a donation ) give your kids a ride atop one of our wonderful rescue horses. Weather permitting, of course.
We will be providing a shuttle to the rescue grounds from our local church located at 863 Cave Valley Rd, Cool 95614. Parking WILL NOT BE available at the rescue. Why a shuttle? Our animals take up most all our usable space leaving very little room a large parking area. We've secured the use of the church parking lot again this year and the shuttle for our guests. The shuttle will be going back and forth for the entire event and we will have someone at the church parking lot to make sure all is safe!
CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!!!

OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY OCT. 19, 2019 12PM - 4PM
We loved opening our gates to the public so they can learn about who we are as a non profit organization. It was a great way to spend the afternoon and it was so wonderful to see everyone smiling and enjoying the animals!
Special thank you to our board members and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to make this event such a success! Here are a few pictures from our first Open House!!!
